I try to be a very humble man, so starting a website about myself and my creative vision is a bit overwhelming. But here we are and here it is. I’ve always been a literary and artistic person since I can remember. I used to make my own Mother’s Day cards since I could write. In fifth grade, I wrote my own little novella with a comic book feel. It was never published-of course- but I felt it should have been on the bookshelves at the time. My mom would take me to acting auditions as a kid because she knew that was a dream of mine. I landed a few small roles in movies and plays here and there. I decided to focus on English and Theatre in college and they became true passions of mine.
But life gets a hold of us all and the next thing you know, I have a regular job and a family, and those passions take a back burner. I would find time to do community plays and commercials as well as write a little bit, but there was always another priority or distraction. Well in 2019, I have committed to making my passions a priority as well. If there is one thing I have learned, it is to never give up on your aspirations. Don’t let the humdrum of life take you away from what you really enjoy. It’s never too late.
So this website will begin with all the artistic avenues that I am doing right now, but it won’t end there. My hope is that this becomes a collaborative site where other “creative cats” can post and share their talents. I will be selective and make sure these new partners bring amazing things to the table that will wow and entertain our visitors.
